    First Flow is our beginner-friendly yoga class designed to help you build confidence, connection, and a strong foundation from the very start.

    Flourish - Intermediate-Advanced Yoga

    Strength, fluidity, and flow in its most expressive form (Hot & Traditional) Flourish is our layered yoga class designed to help you expand your practice. Choose between traditional sessions or hot classes warmed by infrared heaters, which encourage openness, mobility, and deeper muscular engagement. Through flowing sequences, breath-led movement, and strength-focused transitions, you’ll build depth and confidence in your practice.
