5.1. Payment & Billing
Membership payments are automatically charged via your saved payment method. It’s your responsibility to ensure payment details are current.
If payment fails, access will be suspended until the outstanding balance is cleared.
5.2. Late Payment Fees
A £20 late payment fee will apply to each failed or missed payment, in line with our payment provider’s policy.
Continued non-payment may result in the outstanding balance being referred to a third-party debt collection agency, which could incur additional administrative, legal, or recovery fees.
It is the member’s responsibility to ensure payment information is current and valid. Any changes to billing details should be updated promptly via the Greenhaus website or by contacting our Front of House team.
5.3. Debt Policy & Recovery Clause
If a member accrues an outstanding balance, Greenhaus reserves the right to initiate recovery procedures to secure the owed amount. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Greenhaus is authorised to charge any stored billing method linked to your account until the full debt is cleared.
Notifications of failed payments and outstanding balances will be sent via email and/or SMS. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of notifications and further action.
Outstanding balances may incur late fees, and your account may be suspended from booking or attending classes until settled.
The recovery process may include:
Continuous attempts to charge stored billing methods.
Temporary or permanent suspension of membership access.
Referral to a professional debt collection agency.
Legal action, including recovery of court and administrative costs.
Reporting of unpaid debts to credit reference agencies, which may affect your credit score.
Application of additional administrative and legal fees to the balance owed.
Failure to clear outstanding debts will be treated seriously and pursued through appropriate legal and financial channels.
It is the member’s responsibility to manage their account and settle balances promptly to avoid penalties.
6. Cancelling a Greenhaus Class
We know plans can change — please cancel as early as possible so another member can take your place.
More than 12 hours before class: your credit will be automatically returned.
Within 12 hours: your credit will be lost.
No-show: your credit will be lost.
Intro Offers or single classes: no-show fees do not apply, but credits are still forfeited.
Cancelling early helps us maintain a fair and accessible schedule for all members.
7. The Greenhaus Waitlist
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist through the Greenhaus App.
If someone cancels more than 12 hours before class, you’ll be automatically added and notified via email or text.
If a space opens within 12 hours, you’ll need to manually book in, but we will still notify you via email or text.
Standard cancellation rules apply if you move from the waitlist into class.
8. Our Instructors
Our instructors are all certified and experienced in Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and other movement practices.
While we know members often have preferred instructors, we may occasionally need to substitute a teacher due to unforeseen circumstances. We’ll always aim to notify you in advance.
9. What to Wear
Reformer classes: Grip socks are mandatory for hygiene and safety. These can be purchased in-studio.
Mat, Yoga, and Barre classes: Barefoot or grip socks are welcome.
Please wear comfortable activewear that allows unrestricted movement.
10. Greenhaus Equipment
All required equipment is provided for you, including Reformers, mats, props, and accessories.
Please treat all studio equipment with care and follow instructor guidance at all times.
Any damage caused by misuse may result in liability for repair or replacement.
11. Arriving at the Studio
We welcome you to arrive up to 20 minutes before class to settle in and enjoy the Greenhaus environment.
Late arrivals are at the teacher’s discretion. However, if you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be permitted to join, as missing the warm-up compromises safety and experience.
You will still be charged for the session unless there are extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed case-by-case.
12. Taking Part in a Greenhaus Class
Your health and safety are our priority.
Please disclose any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, postnatal status, or other relevant information before class.
