From the moment you walk in to the way our classes flow, here’s exactly what your first visit to Greenhaus will feel like.
Book Easily Online
Book through the Greenhaus App or our website.
Create an account, choose your session, and secure your spot.
Classes fill quickly, so booking ahead is recommended.
Arrive 10–20 Minutes Early
You’re welcome to arrive up to 20 minutes before class to check in, settle and enjoy the space.
Late entry is at the teacher’s discretion, but if you are more than 5 minutes late, we can’t admit you — both for safety and to protect the experience of the group.
What to Bring
We provide all equipment — Reformers, mats, props and accessories.
Just bring:
Comfortable movement clothing
Water
Grip socks for Reformer (mandatory)
Barefoot or grip socks are welcome for Mat, Yoga & Barre.

Our team will greet you at reception, check you in and show you around.

If you’re new or unsure where to start, our team will happily guide you.
In the Studio Meet Your Instructor
Before class begins, your instructor will talk you through the equipment, the structure of the session and anything you need to know for a safe, confident practice.
Choose the Right Level
Some classes are suitable for beginners, some are not.
If you’re new to Pilates/ Yoga, we strongly recommend Beginners Reformer to build familiarity with the equipment, technique and pace before moving into our stronger sessions.
Your instructor will offer layers, progressions and guidance, but you should always choose a class that matches your experience level.
