FAQ’s
-
Greenhaus is where strong bodies are grown, not rushed.
Rooted in the belief that strength begins with nourishment, we’ve created a wellness space where movement and modern therapies work in harmony to support long-term health, vitality, and performance.
Our signature sessions, Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga (hot and traditional), and Barre, are intentionally designed to build strength, improve mobility, and create balance across body and mind.
-
All classes can be booked via the Greenhaus App or directly through our website. Simply create an account, choose your preferred class, and confirm your space. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred times.
-
We provide all equipment including Reformers, mats, props, and accessories.
For Reformer classes, grip socks are required for hygiene and safety (available to purchase in-studio).
For Mat, Yoga, and Barre classes, barefoot or grip socks are welcome. Just bring water and an open mind. -
Please arrive 10–20 minutes before class to check in, settle, and enjoy the space.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the class start time, we won’t be able to admit you to the class. -
We recommend beginning with our Beginners Reformer class to familiarise yourself with the equipment and technique. Our instructors are highly trained and will guide you through everything you need to know.
-
Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows free movement. Avoid clothing that could damage the Reformers. Grip socks are mandatory for Reformer classes.
-
We operate a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 12 hours before your class, the credit will be returned to your account. Cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows will result in the credit being forfeited.
-
Yes. If a class is full, you can join the waitlist through the Greenhaus App.
If a space opens more than 12 hours before the class, you’ll be automatically added and notified by email or text. If it opens within 12 hours, you’ll need to manually book, but we’ll still notify you. -
Entry after class start time is at the teacher’s discretion, but if you’re more than 5 minutes late, you won’t be permitted to join.
This protects your safety and ensures the best experience for others in class. Late arrivals are still charged unless there are extenuating circumstances. -
All memberships and class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Each plan has a specific commitment period, see our House Rules or ask our team for details. -
Monthly Memberships (Mixed / Mat): require a minimum 3-month term and can be cancelled with 4 weeks’ notice.
Founding Memberships: require a 12-month commitment and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
Please email hello@greenhausstudios.com to cancel or make changes.
