Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a full-body, resistance-based workout performed on a specialised machine called a Reformer. Using springs, straps and a moving carriage, each movement is controlled and supported, helping you build strength, improve mobility and move with better alignment.

At Greenhaus, our classes are designed to feel grounded, dynamic and accessible, whether you’re brand new or building on a strong practice.

Reformer Pilates is known for:

  • Strength you can feel

  • Improved posture + alignment

  • Increased mobility and flexibility

  • Low-impact, joint-friendly training

  • Better balance and stability

  • Enhanced mind–body connection

  • Boosted overall athletic performance

Every class offers layers and progressions, so you can grow at your own pace while still feeling challenged and supported.
