Mat Pilates is a floor-based workout designed to build deep core strength, improve mobility and support balanced, functional movement. Using your bodyweight (and a few smart props), you’ll move through controlled sequences that strengthen, stabilise and lengthen the entire body.
At Greenhaus, Mat Pilates comes in traditional and Hot Mat formats, with Hot Mat classes powered by infrared heatfor enhanced mobility, circulation and a warmer, more open practice.
